Return Policy

1. Warranty

PELCAS provide 30 days risk free in home trail service.

If you are completely not satisfied with our products within 30 days, please contact PELCAS team to set up your return authorization.

PELCAS team provides 1 year new replacement service for any quality issue as well, you can return the products for new replacement within warranty period, we will cover the shipping fee for quality issue.


2. Non-quality Issue Return

If you are completely not satisfied with our products within trail period, please contact PELCAS sale to set up your return authorization.

Provide us your receipt or proof of purchase, such as order number, invoice etc.

Once your return authorization is set up, we will email you instructions on how to send back your product, this process usually takes 1~2 working days.

2. Quality Issue Return Or Exchange

If you have any quality issue within warranty period, please contact us we will set up new replacement authorization for you.

Provide us order number, issue description information, defective picture or video etc. we will check all information within 24 hours and mail you instructions to return products for refund or replacement.

Kindly Note Followings before Return: 

1. Returns must be include original packaging, use it to protect products from damage during shipment.

2. Items must include original packaging (accessories, user manual, power cord and more.).

3. We will inspect products to ensure that it is in original condition, once inspection is completed, PELCAS team will issue refund  for your original purchase price. Refunds are generally completed within 7 business days after receiving your product at our warehouse.

4. If products are not shipped back in original condition, or products that have been damaged, altered, abused or connected to incompatible voltage, refund will not be issued.

5. Return shipping fee. 

a. Non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs
b. Non-quality related warranty claims, we will refund the cost of the product itself.

c. Quality related warranty claims, LifeBasis will cover the shipping fee for return or exchange.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not within 2 working days. If return approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time(usually 7 working days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
