I did some homework before buying this item and found that it really is true - having dual transducers does make a huge difference in helping to remove dirt even in plain water.
One of my very first jobs as a teenager was at a high street jewellers and I had to use their cleaning machine to spruce up customers jewellery - this ultrasonic jewellery cleaner does as great a job, if not a better job cleaning jewellery and will only be need to be used a couple of times to have made its money back!
